By completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable regardless of:

• Weather conditions

Requests for changes to your reservation dates are subject to availability and at the sole discretion of the hotel. Any approved date changes may be subject to price adjustments based on current rates for the new dates.

6. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects the comfort of other guests and hotel staff. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone who violates our guest conduct policies.
